Job Description

Seeking a talented and accomplished Director to shape the firm growth across Australia and success of our clients’ capital and transformation programs. Opportunity to be exposed to high-profile clients in diverse industries such as transport, social infrastructure & urban renewal, utilities, defense, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to address critical business issues and deliver remarkable outcomes.
• Drive business development, proposals and thought leadership in your practice area.
• Lead complex programs of work, guiding diverse stakeholders through sustainable change.
• Leverage cutting-edge digital technologies for capital projects.
• Exposure to the bigger picture, including business, innovation, and talent development.
• Support clients in strategising, planning, and delivering major capital and transformation projects.

Your Experience

• Extensive program management and consulting experience in key sectors.
• Strong business network in Australia with revenue generation ability.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects and managing senior relationships.
• Experience across the project lifecycle and major capital project development.
• Additional expertise in digital technologies and transformation a plus.
