Full Job Description
1. Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Data Loader (HDL)
2. Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be PLUS
3. Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
4. Hands on experience with Fusion ing tools like BIP and OTBI.
5. Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must.
6. Experience on HCM Extracts will be must
· Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
· Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and ing.
· Manage configuration prototype for MetLife review and validation
· Create baseline configuration workbooks from Talent and Learning
· Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,335.34 – $165,264.05 per year
