Progressive Marketing Hiring for Administrative, account manager , web marketing Full Time

Progressive Marketing is hiring an Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional service to our growing client base. The primary focus for this role is (but not limited to) bid submissions, where the qualified candidate will closely monitor bid opportunities and submit appropriate bids on the company’s behalf. Along with bidding on potential contracts and orders, you will also work with new and existing clients on their orders from inception to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and pricing promotional products, placing orders and working with our suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly until orders are delivered. Additional responsibilities may include working with Adobe Illustrator for creative and artwork needs, website and social media management and SEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring bid opportunities
• Product research and pricing
• Submitting relevant bids
• Placing orders for clients
• Communicating effectively with suppliers to process orders
• Monitoring orders through shipping and delivery
• Client follow-up
• Leverage Adobe Illustrator for creating or adjusting artwork for imprinting
• Social Media Management
• Website management and SEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
