As a Software Developer or Senior in our Information Technology organization you will work on innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. Joining one of our platform specific, service management or enterprise resource teams you will support critical business areas or enterprise wide initiatives. You’ll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems. With multiple teams hiring, we have opportunities available across our company.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and two years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
• Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and:
  • The completion of a technical training program, and two years related work experience, or
  • Four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

• Development experience with C#, .NET, Javascript, Angular, SQL Server, APIs, Agile SDM
• Cloud technologies, AWS, MongoDB, JSON, CI/CD pipeline, Splunk/App Dynamics experience is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
• Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

• Developer level: $66,895-$86,570/year. Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
• Senior level: $80,920-$104,720/year. Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
