Full Job Description

Progressive Healthcare Inc. is looking for RNs, LPNs, LICSWs, LGSWs, and MSWs with active Licenses in the District of Columbia (ONLY). To work with our EPD Waiver population. To enhance the quality of patient management, maximize satisfaction, and promote cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care of our EPD Waiver population. Case manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed. Come join our team of professionals that serve this population.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $110.00 per hour
