Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Interpreting service orders.
• Receive, dispatch and file Customer work orders.
• Keeping detailed written record of all work activity and changes.
• Evaluate customer communication needs

Financial Task:

• Create and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual billing of maintenance
• Ensure proper invoicing of service orders and project milestones
• Reconcile project cost and bill of material
• Return Material Authorization for failed material
• Collections Log update
• General Excise Tax Reconciliation (Monthly and Annual)
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable entry and reconciliation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
