ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity is now available for HR Specialist to join Programmed and work at one of their major client sites as their Office Support Administrator.

You will be joining a team of 10 onsite and report to the Group General Manager. You will provide administrative, process project and cultural development support to the Group General Manager of People.

KEY DUTIES:

• Continuous improvement and innovation- ensure all HR activity undertaken is consistent with culture, policy and legislation
• Develops programs and processes designed to assist HR deliver the human resources strategy
• Manage HR correspondence to Programmed and the Group
• Contribute to reporting- Board Reports, Annual Reports, HR Monthly Reports etc
• Employee Engagement- ensure review and reflection are put in place and operating and support employee development, mentoring and coaching. Oversea the employee benefits offering, revise and amend
• Organise appointments, meetings and conferences, including preparation of agenda’s, presentations, materials, reservations/hire of facilities/venues, catering equipment’s etc
• Assist with Diary management for the GGM of People

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Cultural change and employee engagement is essential
• Minimum 2-5 years ER and IR experience preferably in mining or other heavy industry
• Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate
• Highly organised
