Programmed Hiring for Administration Assistant at Fremantle, Western Australia, Australia Full Time

Pay rate: $42 per hour + Super

Role length- 8 weeks with possible extension

Hours- PART TIME 4 full days- working days to be negotiated

Start date – IMMEDIATELY

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Administration Assistant to be based within our client’s Jandakot office.

This would suit someone who has come from a Medical or Health related background, ideally you will have had some exposure to providing Team Administration support and meeting coordination (booking, minutes and agendas) or in a similar environment working as a Personal Assistant or related area.

This position is responsible for the support and documentation of high-level administration and assistance to all other areas of medical administration and clinical/nursing teams as required.

I have included the skill requirements we’re looking for;

• Demonstrated experience in high level administration
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level administration support, maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a multidisciplinary team
• Be well organised and have the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
• Ability to take minutes accurately and exceptional time management
• Previous experience with document control
• Editing and proof-reading experience
• Healthcare administration background

Essential Requirements

• You must be happy to undergo a police check or provide one conducted within the past 12 months
