JOB SUMMARY:

***$500 Hiring Bonus****

Manage the cleaning operations of school buildings to satisfy the customer contract and Programmed Cleaning’s standards. Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with customers and providing a high response level to any questions or concerns from the customer. Adhere to and help enforce the Programmed Cleaning’s company policy, as well as, interact productively and positively with all staff. Required to work 40-45 hours or as needed on a call-in basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure assigned buildings are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist in training of all cleaning employees, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures, and expectations.
• Work with other vendors along with the Day Porter (if there is one).
• Efficiently maintain employees work schedules on a daily basis.
• Keep account on budget with labor hours.
• Supervise cleaning employees, making sure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Make sure all work is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with building procedures and building security.
• Ensure all employees have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use the supplies properly.
• Order monthly supplies.
• Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all employees are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.
• Evaluate employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of employees when appropriate.
• Utilize leadership skills and motivational techniques in order to maximize team member productivity and satisfaction.
• Promote a safe, disciplined environment with adherence to the company policy and procedures.
• incidents, procedure, or safety violations to District Manager and Human Resources.
• Schedules all projects and enter projects in TEAM/EHUB.
• Maintain the Quality Control Book, Program Book, and EHUB time and check point.
• Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep the District Manager advised of any problem situations.
• Conduct safety meetings with employees as needed to ensure proper safety procedures are followed at the job site.
• Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous Supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual preferred
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must pass Background Check
• Must be available for on-call assignments.
• Some computer skills are needed (Email, MS Office Products)
• Able to stand or walk during entire shift to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 25lbs. frequently and up to 50lbs. occasionally.
