ProForm Fabrication Hiring for Sales/Marketing Specialist at Winsted, MN Full Time

Job Functions: Sales

• Maintain and grow customer relationships from prospect through build, install, startup, and post-sale processes.
• Help lead in the effort to develop a robust customer profile database. Process lead generation, create segmented marketing lists, run s, and analyze data.
• Schedule, strategize, and participate in sales calls.
• Execute customer acquisition tactics including SEO and /track with the assistance of the outside marketing vendors.
• Monitor e-commerce sites for new orders and ensure that they are fulfilled.
• Serve as Technical Support (as needed) for the ecommerce site during customer transactions.
• Attend trade shows as a vendor to display ProForm’s capabilities and discover opportunities for sales.

Job Functions: Marketing

• Help with the creation and management of the corporate marketing calendar to ensure effective year-round, marketing strategies across all relevant brands. Define the product strategies and road maps for effective brand and product positioning in the market. Development of sales tools and collateral as well as managing the advertising and media planning.
• Create enhancements and maintenance of the company website through the CMS; maintain the data to ensure that the content is current, introduce updates, and implement enhancements to increase site value for ProForm Fabrication’s customers and prospects. Periodically work with IT and outside vendors to maintain website content, introduce updates, and implement enhancements to increase site value for ProForm Fabrication’s customers, prospects, and future employees.
• Assist in implementing and following all strategies related to creation of brand collateral, customer acquisition, facility branding, website management, content creation, social media marketing, email communications, and other associated marketing activities.
• Drive sales and brand awareness through the development and execution of digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media campaigns and the implementation of online directories and local listings.
• Attend Industry events as a representative of ProForm Fabrication and/or associated brands with consistent focus of adhering to current growth strategies.

Job Functions: Startups & Travel

• Frequent travel is required for this position, so the ability to work flexible hours depending on business needs is crucial. The reasons for travel will include participation in product installation/startups as well as representing the company at sales, customer, and other company events. This could include occasional travel to other ProForm manufacturing locations.
• Manage on site startups, acting as main point person. This can include: Identifying expectations, conveying expectations, and ensuring relevant info is communicated to vendors, team members, and end users, all while remaining on track with corporate strategy.
• Provide off-site support to start up teams when not on site.

Misc. Job Functions:

• Develop content for Parker University leveraging expertise of current staff, and partner vendors to continue to enhance the value add & customer experience for Parker Freeze Dry customers.
• Suggest design improvements as noted by customers or field experience.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and industry standards regardless of work location.
• This position must demonstrate excellent time management skills and independence, as it will require both presence at our home office as well as frequent travel to various places.
