PROFITWISE ACCOUNTING INC Hiring for Remote PT – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) HR Full Time

The Position:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and be a driving force in our high-growth, cloud-based accounting firm, with a start-up “feel” environment. You will be in charge of heading our talent acquisition department as well as supporting ancillary HR functions.

Ideal candidates are HR professionals interested in primarily focusing on recruiting. You should also be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and run all aspects of the talent acquisition department.

Duties include:

• Drafting and posting job ads
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Embrace guiding principles for recruitment. Reinforce these principles and company culture with new hires and existing team.
• Scheduling interviews and skills tests by coordinating appointments
• Conducting interviews with candidates over the phone or through Zoom
• Maintain our Applicant Tracking System
• Keep job seekers posted on their application status. Connect with passive job seekers and get them into our leads database.
• Engage in active sourcing for hard to fill jobs.
• Keep current on recruiting best practices and seek out ways to improve current processes.
• Conducting exit interviews in the event that an employee leaves the company
• Assisting management with personnel issues and employee development
• Assisting management with organizing and coordinating employee training workshops

The Location:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR is a remote work from home position and we welcome candidates from all over the US. Potential to grow into director level position within our firm.
