About the Job:
Key Account Manager – responsible for managing and developing an assigned stable of Customers.
Grow existing customer base by identifying new incremental opportunities in existing and new verticals.
Activate and leverage National and Regional promotional programs, in addition to development of account-specific Custom Projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
— Build relationships with Bottlers / key decision makers to support long-term business partnerships.
— Penetrating corporate structures of clients with business-relevant decision makers and leaders.
— Effectively manage the relationship with customers and influence alignment with Profitmaster as preferred supplier of merchandising solutions.
— Consistently achieve Quarterly & Annual revenue budgets.
— Analyzes business environment to develop annual strategic plans.
— Creates, maintains, and executes strategic account-specific business plans. On-going analysis and review of business performance to identify gaps to plan.
— Understand each customer’s business challenges and priorities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in order to increase the revenue streams. Proactively assesses, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
— Listen to, learn, understand, and communicate specific customer needs. Convert these customer needs into Customized Solutions via Project Design Request. Communicate with Design Team to create innovative solutions that contribute to overall customer strategy.
— Work with Customer Service team to ensure order/shipping/delivery of Profitmaster products to our customers
— Will be responsible for growing new business through cold calling, networking and various other methods, in order to initiate and develop productive relationships with new customers.
Experience
— BS/BA with 5 plus years of previous selling and customer service experience, preferably within consumer-packaged goods industry.
— Experience using Microsoft Suite tools not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
