The objective of this position is to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (customized solutions, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service) through accurate, timely and efficient client chart of accounts conversions.

90-Day Outcomes:

• Achieve mastery of NARPM chart of accounts
• Assume full responsibility for payroll reallocations
• Assume full responsibility for managing day-to-day client communications

Client Relationships

• Participate in client meetings to discuss accounting related questions
• Client email correspondence
• Management of client relationship, including setting and maintaining expectations
• Overseeing issue resolution
• Maintaining “ADEPT Communication” (Assess the need, Detail the solution, Energize the conversation, Provide closure, Tell the truth always) with clients across all team members

Talent and Experience Required

• Accounting experience with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
• Experience allocating payroll
• Account Executive experience with direct client-facing interaction
• Deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (customized solutions, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service)
• Management experience/training ability
• Ability to oversee execution of services
• Ability to delegate effectively
• Ability to make quick judgements and maintain priorities
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to think on your feet while maintaining poise and confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to define and document new processes
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements
• Ability to quickly learn and master new cloud-based software applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Xero (preferred)

Internal Tasks

• Internal email correspondence
• Team meetings

Client Tasks

• Client email correspondence
• Reporting

Chart of Accounts Conversions

• Handle all client call scheduling, daily email correspondence and project tracking
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings to discuss conversions and answer follow up questions
• Thoroughly understand the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts
• Correctly map client GLs
• Troubleshoot problems with minimal supervisor/client input
• Perform cleanup
• Perform general account reclassifications
• Perform revenue allocations
• Perform payroll reallocations
• Perform crosscheck procedures to ensure client data integrity
