Unique opportunity to develop the Recruitment Consultant role with a start-up agency. The candidate will have ample opportunity to shape the role and the organization as it grows, build a team, earn the highest rates of commission within the industry and have the opportunity to become a shareholder within the business.

• Start-up mentality and hard-working work ethic – not afraid to get ‘stuck-in’ and learn on the job as required.
• Can become a trusted advisor, establishing long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike, and is always willing to go the extra mile.
• At least one year of 360 recruitment experience for both permanent and temporary markets – first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up.
• Proven experience of consistently meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Business development – Acquiring and developing client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth.
• Talent acquisition – Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Research – Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, utilising social media.
• Market Intelligence and Information Management: Support maintenance of various databases and information systems, continuous learning of industries and keeping up-to-date with market news.
• Brand development: Supporting the agency to become the ‘go-to’ organisation within the market.

Salary: 18k – 40k + OTE – Dependent on experience. Can very easily £100,000+ per annum including commission, performance bonus and profit share.
