About the Opportunity:

• PSG, one of Massachusetts’ largest staffing firms and recognized by Forbes, located in Boston, MA, is currently seeking a hardworking and efficient Talent Acquisition Recruiter

• We provide staffing services in the Office Support, Creative, Healthcare, Human Resources, Technical, and Finance fields

• You will help us find qualified candidates for our job openings and works to meet the demands throughout the hiring process

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and select candidates for client job openings

• Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, and employee referrals

• Coach and advise candidates and clients on the interview process

• Interact with all levels of management and demonstrate a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication skills; orally and in writing

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
