We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team to join the recruitment team. You will be a crucial part of the recruitment team supporting the recruitment manager to respond effectively to staffing requirements.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Working as part of the recruitment team to help source new candidates for assignments
• Posting adverts on to Job boards and social media platforms and responding to applications in a timely manner
• Speaking with candidates to qualify suitability for assignments
• Working with the recruitment manager to book training and interview sessions for potential candidates
• You will be responsible for looking after your own region to check staffing levels and effectively respond to gaps that need filling
• Effectively manage recruitment related enquiries via phone and email, ensuring these have been dealt with in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Book/ Recruit staff onto the internal system for each assignment to ensure we have 100% coverage across all campaigns
• Ensuring suitability of candidates into each assignment
• Reporting using Excel spreadsheets to show measurable activity
• Undertaking any administration and ad hoc duties that may be requested by recruitment manager

Skills and experience

• Administration
• Excellent Customer service
• Friendly and effective communicator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 3 years experience in Recruitment
