Director of Digital Marketing – 100% remote but must be local in AZ

$100,000 – $120,000

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns across various digital channels.

As the Director of Digital Marketing , you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Intake, Community Outreach, and Creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, tracking expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
