We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team. As our Director of Sales & Marketing your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by building a dynamic sales team and implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.

We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

Your duties will include motivating our sales team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing costs and competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation, marketing and leadership skills.

Director of Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
• Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Communicating effectively among clients and higher managers.
• Prepare and present detailed s on sales projections, sales budget, and sales performance.
• Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
• Assessing business landscape for costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify labor rates.
• Establishing a sales training program to train sales staff.
• Leading and motivating staff to exceed sales goals.
• Regular meetings with sales managers to assess company performance.
• Find prospects and leads and translate into sales for the company.
• Overall manage company website and leverage as a marketing tool for sales.

Director of Sales Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and oversee a team accountable for meeting sales goals.
• Great listening, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
• Great command of MS Office, website, and CRM tools
• Domestic travel required throughout the U.S.
• Must have valid DL and clear MVR for past 3 years
• Must pass a drug screen
• No relocation available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 per year
