ProEdge Dental Water Labs Hiring for Outbound Marketing Specialist at Centennial, CO Full Time

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Outbound Marketing Specialist to develop and implement outbound marketing strategies and campaigns.

You will be responsible for creating and managing content, including brochures, flyers, educational articles, print ads, and digital ads. You will help build trust with external stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and valued partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound marketing, a strong understanding of product positioning and value marketing, excellent design skills, and professional relationship skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop outbound marketing strategies and campaigns alongside the Marketing manager and implement.
• Build trust with external stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and valued partners.
• Create advertising materials (brochures, flyers, educational articles, print ads, and digital ads) that strategically position our brand and products.
• Collaborate with inbound to create cohesive multi-platform marketing campaigns.
• Manage a rich content/editorial calendar with content that positions product and drives value proposition.
• Understand and leverage our unique value proposition throughout outbound marketing content.
• Basic ing/analytics on campaigns and Outbound Marketing KPIs.
• Operate within our brand guidelines and emulate our brand personality through outbound marketing content.
• Research consumer buying habits and preferences to identify potential ad opportunities and outbound campaigns.
• Coordinate and attend events to showcase products and services.
• Monitoring competitors’ products and marketing efforts to identify potential threats.
• Collaborate with sales on messaging and marketing they need to be successful.
• Propose new and improved outbound marketing campaign idea.
• Perform all other duties assigned by manager.

YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar knowledge level.
• 3+ years of working experience in marketing and outbound content creation.
• A portfolio (whether that is a pdf, website, or similar).
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Expert design skills.
• Strong professional relationship skills.
• Proficient at event coordinating.
• Knowledge of outbound analytics and ing.
• Familiarity with marketing and competitor research.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
