Productsup Hiring for Sales Engineer at Remote Full Time

Your role and goals

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Engineer to support our team in the North American market. In your role you’ll act as a technical expert, being responsible for actively driving and managing the technical aspects of our sales engagements.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Learn everything you can about our product and how to sell it to clients from a value-based, technical perspective
• Shadow your peers and account executives on demo calls
• Co-lead technical demo calls with the support of our existing Solutions Engineers

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Independently lead technical demo calls for prospective clients
• Provide pre-sales technical support for Productsup’s network solution and expertise on technical issues or network architectures/applications
• Help our prospects to develop their perception of the problem they try to solve and develop an understanding of the business value our platform delivers
• In collaboration with the team, continually develop a strategy on how to better position Productsup to our prospects

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering and/or account management within the e-commerce and/or online advertising industry
• Ability to skillfully articulate business value and impact to customers by preparing and conducting demonstrations, POCs and technical sales presentations
• Extensive experience in value-based Software (SaaS) selling
• Familiarity with the needs of (enterprise) customers integrating with a SaaS platform
• Feed management or marketplaces experience is nice to have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, tech or software company
