Job DescriptionAssembler – Berlin, NJ (Hablamos Español)
Overview:
- Immediate openings for Assemblers in a manufacturing plant
- Long-term opportunity with weekly pay
Shift/Pay:
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Pay: $19/hr + daily OT + growth opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Assemble trusses, walls, and flooring
- Use hand & power tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
- Inspect products for accuracy
- Follow safety guidelines and production goals
Requirements:
- 0–6 months assembly/construction experience preferred
- Experience with woodwork, framing, or carpentry is a plus
- Must bring own 25oz+ hammer
- Reliable with good attitude
Work Environment:
- Indoor production facility
- Hot/cold conditions, loud & dusty
- Team-based work environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berlin, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
