Product Team Executive Assistant Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Team Executive Assistant to support our product and operations team at Overjoy. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that combines product testing, customer support, recruiting coordination, and administrative support.

You’ll work closely with the product team to help ensure our platform runs smoothly, our customers receive exceptional support, and key initiatives stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Product Testing & QA — Use the Overjoy platform daily to validate core functionality, perform regression testing after feature releases, and identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Email & Live Chat Support for Managed Service Brands — Assist in managing customer communications for fully onboarded accounts (60+ days on Overjoy), drafting thoughtful, professional responses that maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Design Partner Coordination — Schedule meetings, track feedback and requirements, follow up on action items, and help keep design partners engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Product & Engineering Hiring Support — Conduct initial resume reviews, coordinate interviews, and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring tea ———- mbers.
• Administrative Support & Special Projects — Assist with ad hoc tasks, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects that help the team execute efficiently.

Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to spot issues and inconsistencies that others may overlook.
• Strong written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and candidates.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms quickly.
• Able to clearly communicate product issues, bugs, and feedback.
• Organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, schedules, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Available to work during U.S. business hours and maintain consistent overlap with the team.
• Consistent daily availability and responsiveness during assigned working hours.
• Able to handle sensitive customer, candidate, and company information with discretion and professionalism.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in QA, customer support, recruiting coordination, or executive assistance.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, email platforms, and calendar management tools.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup or within a fast-paced product organization.
