About the Role
As a Product Lead at Themis Intelligence, you will own specific product areas and drive them from concept through delivery. You will operate at the intersection of customers, market needs, and engineering—ensuring we are building the right things and moving quickly toward meaningful outcomes.
This is a hybrid role balancing strategy and execution. You will own the roadmap for your area and work closely with leadership and engineering leads to define priorities, make trade-offs, and maintain momentum.
You will operate in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where requirements evolve quickly. You are expected to balance speed with quality—moving decisively while maintaining clear, actionable outputs.
You are expected to actively leverage AI tools to improve how product work is done: accelerating discovery, refining requirements, and enabling faster, more informed decision-making.
Given the size of the team, you will also contribute beyond traditional product responsibilities, supporting customer engagement, sales activities, and internal alignment as needed.
