Key Responsibilities
You will be primarily responsible for our integrations and the ways we connect to and ingest data in our platform
Be the subject matter expert. Capture and communicate integration requirements for three types of integrations: via user interfaces (browser, desktop and mobile), API-based (webhook and polling), and generic webhooks/SDK
Define and communicate the integrations product roadmap to ensure features are prioritized according to market opportunity, business objectives, and ROI
Communicate with customers and prospects to learn about the needs of our target market
Collaborate with your product peers to define an aligned, cohesive product vision
Communicate the vision and direction to your agile team and stakeholders for new feature development
Collaborate with engineering to validate and scope high-level feature estimates to maintain a plausible roadmap
Contribute to the design process, helping to ideate and validate UX solutions
Contribute to the launch and release process and maintain responsibility for collaboration with Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales
Define and monitor the success of your releases with KPIs to ensure you’ve met the objectives of each delivery
Mentor directly under our VP Product, who will guide you through your daily/weekly activities, providing direction and collaboration
Develop processes, implement frameworks and manage every phase of the Product Lifecycle including ideas validations, market research, planning, development, testing, release and analysis
Follow our partners and competitors to learn of new trends in the industry

About You
2+ years of experience managing requirements for SaaS integrations
5+ years of product-related experience in the B2B SaaS field
3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role working within an agile software development process
You have a deep understanding of product strategy and a unique ability to identify underserved areas within a target market
You have a unique ability to distill complex problems into simple, iterative solutions
You enjoy being challenged and taking ownership of projects to see them through
You are a true self-starter. You thrive on being productive with little external motivation and feel a sense of urgency
You enjoy collaborating with a small team but appreciate autonomy and getting things done with little hand-holding
You take pride in your work and strive for quality in everything you do
You are always eager to learn and improve and have a very little ego
You are comfortable and productive working remotely
You have exceptional written and verbal English skills
Must be Eligible to work in Canada.

You have worked in a pre-revenue startup
You have a technical background and experience writing code in QA, so you can better understand their work and what they need.
