As a QA Analyst on our new English game, you will be working directly in development squads to give feedback on upcoming features. This will include, investigating issues raised by our Customer Support team, helping develop new technology and testing practices, and continuing to provide a user-obsessed product.
Your Impact
Dig deep into new features or systems, ensuring that they are easily understood, fun, and effective in their outcomes
Collaborate with other specializations, including product managers, artists, game designers and developers, to help create an engaging, polished and performant experience for our users
Learn new techniques and technologies like ZephyrScale, Jira, BrowserStack, etc.
Propose new technologies, processes or improvements to our existing usage
Represent every student, helping us learn more about how to build the best products for everyone
Who You Are
3+ years’ experience as a QA Analyst in the game development industry
Experienced with writing and executing tests on new and existing software
An effective communicator, able to work remotely with distributed development teams
Efficient in prioritizing and time management
Technically savvy, not afraid to open the console on your web browser to explore and investigate
Our Core Technologies
Our game is built using a bespoke HTML5 game engine and editor built on top of PixiJS and written in TypeScript.
Bonus Points For
Experience testing games for mobile and web platforms
Experience with agile development methodologies
