What you will learn and get involved in

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the full employee lifecycle. With guidance from your manager and team, you can expect to learn how to:

• support the recruitment process by writing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on the Company website and getting involved in the interview process
• support the administration related to new starters, leavers, and any other changes to employee terms and conditions.
• assist with the induction process for new starters including being the ‘go to’ person for all new starter queries
• maintain employee records.
• respond to reference requests; and
• maintenance of the HR systems
