We are currently hiring a Governance Leader position in Cincinnati, OH for the North America Family and Feminine Care market. The position supports marketing budget stewardship, ensuring that required high level controls are in place. The individual will review and identify potential stewardship outages, and work with marketing teams to ensure proper accounting processes are followed.

Job Qualifications

Education: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business with Accounting course work, GPA= 3.0 or higher. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills / Experience:
Strong communication (written and oral)

Forward focused, able to work & perform in team environment and manage scheduled tasks with minimal supervision

Ability to lead root cause analysis/issue resolution

Working knowledge of computer software and systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience preferred

Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects
