Procore Technologies Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcer, APAC Job at Sydney Full Time

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition team to help build a fast-growing, world-class team.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Procore, you will identify, engage and assess passive prospects across APAC (Asia Pacific). You will work in close collaboration with a Director of International Recruitment, as well as regional recruiters and hiring managers to help drive sourcing strategy, identify market trends, procure competitive intelligence, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components. This role will primarily support all go to market positions.The ideal candidate must be self-driven and able to successfully prioritize critical open roles and pipelines.

This position reports into the Senior Manager, Global Sourcing, and would preferably be located in Sydney, Australia. Remote delivery will be considered based upon experience. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Build and execute a variety of sourcing strategies to find rare, in-demand talent through referrals, networking, and internet searches
• Balance building long-term, relationship-driven prospect pipelines and quickly pulling groups of candidates for immediate demands
• Develop prospects into candidates – engage, sustain relationships, screen, and share prospective talent
• Source, qualify, and deliver highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety
• Drive sourcing data quality to effectively provide insights into the candidate market
• Develop and refine Boolean/Natural Language searching skills to execute targeted searches
• Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to critical business units, with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in a sourcing or similar role, preferably on an internal recruiting team within a fast growing Saas company
• Proven track record of building targeted prospect pools, particularly in the sales and marketing area, and implementing creative approaches to sourcing and attracting qualified professionals
• Excellent time and project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Ability to utilize inbound marketing techniques as part of a comprehensive prospect attraction strategy
• Experience supporting hiring managers and recruiters across locations
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of assigned roles, with an emphasis on probing for details
• Willingness to recommend ideas and strategies to increase the sourcing team’s success
• A systems savvy thinker with an eye for detail, process, and efficiency with the ability to deliver consistent results with a sense of urgency
