We are a small company that is a provider of process control equipment for metal casting foundries.

We have an opening for an additional engineer. Job responsibilities include: Mechanical Design, Machine Assembly, and Electrical PLC support. The position requires communicating with customers and provide technical assistance as needed. The position requires some travel, approximately 30%), some of which could be international. Depending on candidate’s background and experience, we may consider providing training for this position or offering an internship if applicable.

This position is full time, compensation is hourly with overtime with potential for bonuses. Compensation includes HSA and Monthly stipend to offset Health insurance expense.

We are located in Fremont, WI. We are not providing relocation expenses for this position.

Qualifications/Skills:

– We use Allen Bradley Studio 5000 and rslogix 500 as our main programming languages, HMI programming we use AB Factorytalk view and we also utilize Schnieder Magelis (Vijeo Desgner)

– Excellent analytical and math skills

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

– Proficient with computer and information technology

– Knowledge of process engineering software systems

– Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations

– Being able to adapt on the fly if need be. (e.g. some customers will be running very old equipment/PLC hardware, SLC505, PLC 5, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour
