Procel Temporary Staffing Hiring for Remote Per Diem Staffing Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Full Time Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a remote Staffing Coordinator you will play a critical role acting as a liaison between healthcare professionals interested in per diem shifts at acute care hospitals in southern CA. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and filling daily and master schedule shifts with clients as needed. This is a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter to work remotely for a face-paced growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Job Orders for Staffing service assignments. Obtains job orders of hospitals.
• Takes inquiries of prospects and returning employees determining the level of interest in Per Diem.
• Pre-screen, selection, submission and follow up of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing RNs and Techs for hospitals in acute care setting.
• Excellent Public Relations skills, communication skills, and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to navigate through the internet and input information.
• Preferred experience with Fieldglass, Shiftwise, Healthtrust, WAND, Optimizer and other vendor management systems.

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
