Initial responsibilities will include:
Provide independent clinical assessment services, sizing, fitting and adjustment of functional knee bracing.
Sales and marketing to new and prospective customers, clinical specialists and doctors.
Providing product training and clinical support for our range of orthopedic products and services.
Frontline customer service, assisting customers and responding with timely solutions to address specific needs.
Attend conferences and events to promote and market Procare Medical product lines.
Assist in a range of operational supporting tasks within the organization.
Provide clinical and customer service support to Managers and other team Reps.
An ideal candidate would have an athletic background in Kinesiology with clinical experience working with orthopedic knee braces and sport medicine-related products. Be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team environment to achieve organizational and personal goals.
Qualifications:
Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience with fitting and working with orthopedic functional knee orthoses and their assessment and fitting.
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Kinesiology, another life science or a business discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical sales setting.
Experience marketing to medical professionals and physicians.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Based Software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with Quickbooks, Sage and/or other accounting software would be beneficial.
Valid driver’s license, car and the ability to geographically cover the regional territory.
