Clarest Health (Parent Company of ProCare LTC) is looking to hire a Talent Acquisitions HR Partner to work in our Farmingdale, NY location.

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annualized

Available Schedules: Hybrid position from 9am-5:30pm EST (3 days in office, 2 remotely)

About the role….

Incumbent serves as an experienced and impactful talent leader within the People team of Clarest Health. ing to the Sr. Talent Acquisitions Manager, the incumbent will oversee the full-life cycle recruiting functions of Clarest Health. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous problem solver and bring a significant understanding of high-volume recruiting, interviewing best practices, and creating a positive candidate experience. Having a sense of urgency and attention to detail along with exceptionally high Emotional Intelligence is paramount for success in this role. The position will serve as a partner to HR Business leaders, pharmacy directors, and department managers to determine hiring needs while working closely with the Sr Talent Acquisitions Manager and new associates. The successful incumbent will have experience creating innovative ways to attract top tier talent and building talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive a full- cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level
• Develop a pipeline for multiple requisitions across the company to support strategic workforce plan
• Partner with HR Business Partners and pharmacy sites to gain a comprehensive understanding of company’s hiring needs to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions based on the role, industry standards and organizational needs
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruiting sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field required.
• Minimum of 2.5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; ClearCompany (ATS) is preferred but not required.
• Experience in utilizing hiring-related social media channels required (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships and have a strong attention to detail.
• High volume recruiting/ agency experience and/or previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
