We are seeking a talented and motivated HR & Recruitment Assistant to work within our People division. Reporting to the National HR Manager this role is based in our Alexandria head office. Full time or part time will be considered and hours are negotiable.

This role would suit a HR graduate looking to commence their career in HR with a leading, national company.

You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing mentoring and support to provide high quality HR services to the business across all of our business lines.

If you have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoy working as part of a fun, knowledgeable and supportive wider team, this is the role for you! The successful candidate will be providing high quality support to the National HR Manager and our wider business including:

• Assisting with recruitment on a national level across all company divisions;
• Liaising with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, screening candidates CVs and short interviewing;
• Booking of interviews on a national level;
• Using a variety of platforms, perform active searching for new potential candidates;
• Managing/maintaining employee HR files;
• General HR administration as required.

You’ll also need:

• Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach.
