About The Role
We are seeking a Claims Support Officer to join our expanding Recoveries team.
The role will include a variety of key responsibilities such as:
- Reviewing and writing s supporting overall outcomes of the business;
- Owning and maintaining critical business email inboxes;
- Data entry – ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems;
- Managing and triaging phone enquiries;
- Any other required administration duties.
About you
As a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone, you have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You are organised and understand the importance of delivering a high quality service.
This is a fixed term 12 month contract opportunity.
Knowledge And Experience Required
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a claims or similar role;
- Commercial property and liability claims management preferred;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communications;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Knowledge of legal and court processes;
- Intermediate PC skills.
The successful candidate will be required to hold or obtain National Police Clearance.
