• Availability to be rostered up to 38 hours required
• Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm
• WFH opportunity

We’re looking for an outside-the-box thinker. A team player. A passionate, people-orientated team member. Someone with strong communication and administration skills. We work hard and we work fast. To be successful in this environment, you must be resilient, proactive, and be able to maintain quality while under pressure. Although currently a casual role, this opportunity will provide insight into the world of high-volume recruitment and may offer future opportunities within our growing business. In fact, a large majority of our permanent team started out in casual or temporary roles.

So what will you be doing in this role?

• Working closely with our TA Coordinator & TA Specialist to deliver on a high volume of entry-level recruitment
• Providing administrative support to candidates through the hiring process
• Conducting phone interviews or assessing online interviews
• Completing reference checks and processing background checks
• Verbal offers, creating contracts, and much more
