Probe Group Hiring for AU Profile -Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Perth Full Time

Introduction:
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high volume end to end recruitment for our West Perth Government client. We’re looking for an outside the box thinker. A strong team player, passionate and people oriented team member. Someone with exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of Recruitment or HR practices. This is a full time internal role with flexible work arrangements based in our West Perth office.

You will be responsible for:

• E​​​​​​nd-to-end high volume recruitment
• Tasks include running face to face information sessions, completing job briefs, sourcing and advertising, screening and selection, performing background checks through to offers and onboarding
• Providing input on process improvement and driving Best Practice
• Candidate care and experience

Due to the nature of our client, to be eligible you must:
Hold current Australian Citizenship,

Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and

Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5 year footprint).

Skills & Experience

• HR qualification and /or relevant recruitment experience (internal or agency)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong systems and process driven
• High level organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Can-do approach and willingness to help out team members
