ProAmpac is seeking to add a Talent HR Director to lead the Corporate Talent Department. They will direct the recruitment, training and development functions to a

attract quality candidates and effective training programs to employees. In addition, they will do the following:

• Establish policies for recruiting, screening and interviewing to fill organizational goals
• Maintain relationships with employment agencies, external recruiters, associations and other organizations to ensure a pipeline of employment candidates
• Develop policies governing candidate screening and interview processes
• Develop and implement organizational training policies and programs
• Directs the assessment of skill gaps and training needs, as well as the creation of content and coordination of sessions
• Evaluates and selects HR-related vendors and service providers
• Provides assistance in developing the HR strategy
• Leads, directs and mentors a team that will be responsible for hiring, performance management and termination

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 10+ years of experience managing a team, in either Training, Development and/or Recruiting
• Solid working knowledge of Human Resources, Leadership, Training, Recruitment, Organizational Design
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook, HRIS, and current tools in the field
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills; needs to be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills; will communicate with leadership, staff, and clients
• Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment
