Senior Commercial Manager

Contract

• Hybrid Working – Site based / Office and Home Leeds

The company specialises in the technology industry and are the leading international technology group in Europe They have an exciting role for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP – ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
• Supports the Project Manager (PM) that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
• Ensures contract Management / Contract Structuring for internal and external business (Contract Analysis, clarifications, deviations, tax analysis (PATAC), contractual risk evaluation, insurance concepts)

Requirements:

• Proven track record of working asa successful commercial manager
• Experience with NEC 3 Contracts
• Worked for a multimillion pound turnover business
• Have experience within power / rail / civil
