Proactive Health & Performance Clinic is an integrative sports health clinic that is looking for a motivated part-time patient experience coordinator to join our team!

Duties:

• Managing bookings, emails, and phone calls.

• Responsible for patient experience, providing excellent customer service.

• Organizing work space.

• Dealing with insurance companies, WSIB, and MVA.

• Upholding all Covid-19 regulations and safety procedures.

We are looking for:

• Basic computer skills

• Customer service skills

• Organization skills

• Flexible hours

• Communication skills and ability to work well with others.

• Previous administrative experience not required, but is a plus.
