The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for creating an awesome client experience while offering our new and preowned powersport customers with financing, back end products, and insurance programs to assist them in their powersport ownership. The F&I Manager works with financial lenders to obtain loans for our customers. This position completes contract, title, and disclosure paperwork with our customers. The F&I Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.Schedule commitment: Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed every Sunday and Monday, July 4th and 5th, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas and the day after, New Years Day and the day after, in order for our employees to spend time with their families. While a lot of our products have practical purposes, most are for the fun and enjoyment of our customers. That is what we sell here. Individual, family, and friend positive experiences are what we strive to provide products for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them thorough explanation of extended warranties, maintenance programs, gap insurance, and other back end products.

• Gives complete explanations of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

• Maintains great working relationships with lending sources to secure competitive interest rates and financing.

• Processes finance deals accurately and secures approval through financial sources.

• Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and pre-owned finance department.

Compensation is commission based, and depending on direct F&I experience.

• Dealership requirements include valid drivers license, acceptable driving record. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Prior experience in F&I within a Powersport or Automobile dealership setting is REQUIRED.

• Strong background in business, finance, mathematics, etc.

• Effective communication and top notch client relationship skills.

Stable Position
