Job Description: Account Manager

Duties:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
– Understand client needs and develop strategies to meet their goals
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
– Monitor account performance and provide regular s to clients
– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management
– Estimate and bid projects both shop and field

Requirements:
-Must have experience in mining and heavy equipment repair (Jacking shovels, bucket and bed rebuilds, machining, etc.)
– Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
