ProClean Supply, the only locally owned and operated janitorial supply company in the area, is seeking a results-driven sales consultant to join our growing team.

ProClean Supply opened our doors in Modesto in 1978. Since that time, we?ve grown to cover the Central Valley from Sacramento to Fresno. While our catalog offers thousands of products, we are more than just a purveyor of janitorial supplies. ProClean Supply is dedicated to providing low-cost total solutions, along with expert advice, personalized customer service, and training.

Duties

As a sales consultant with ProClean Supply, we give you the tools necessary to succeed?you have the freedom and flexibility to take it from there.

On a typical day you may be using your problem-solving skills to help customers solve their cleaning challenges. After analyzing the problem, you will offer the best solution by recommending and promoting our products and services.

Highlights of the position:

• Develop and maintain account contact list
• Receive and follow up on customer inquiries
• Respond to sales leads resulting from our advertising and promotional efforts
• Interact with customers virtually or in person
• Develop long-term business relationships by becoming a trusted advisor
• Communicate ProClean?s ?lowest total cost solution? value proposition
• Stay informed about product innovations and industry trends
• Attend company sales meetings and trade shows
• Submit paperwork, i.e., invoices and expenses, according to the company?s operating procedures

Requirements

About You:

• You reside in Stanislaus/San Joaquin county
• You have a track record in sales with at least 2-4 years? experience
• Solving customer problems brings you satisfaction
• You?re a good listener and enjoy interacting with folks
• You love the idea of being part of a dynamic family owned & operated company in which your ideas count
• Your education is at least high school grad or equivalent
• You have a valid driver?s license and keep your vehicle in good running order

• Being bilingual, English/Spanish, is a plus
