A fast growing, established Accounting firm in Carlsbad, has an immediate opening for an Experienced Quickbooks online bookkeeper. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate. The position requires a self-motivated, flexible, detailed oriented individual who has the ability to be a team player and willing to serve in a variety of roles and perform diverse tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is full-time. This position will support team members, the controller and accountants. The position requires three years bookkeeping experience. BA/BS in accounting or related major. Qualifications include:

• Minimum of (3) years of experience in QuickBooks online (quickbooks online proadvisor prefer) explain detail experience.
• Must have E-Commerce experience in accounting
• Inventory & Cogs experience
• Account payable & Account receivable experience
• Support other team members on projects as needed
• Strong ability of reconciliation
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
• Understand payroll and accounting terminology
• Strong attention to details and follow-up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
• The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
