Full Job Description
Seeking curriculum writers to develop online Mathematics courses for Grades K-5. The project involves taking existing face-to-face instructional content and converting it into student-facing interactive online learning modules. Tasks may include:
Course mapping
Selecting appropriate interactive activities to present course content
Writing storyboards with instructions for building online courses.
Writing scripts for short instructional videos
Writing teacher guides
Creating student workbook pages.
Successful candidates will have experience in K-5 teaching and curriculum writing for Math, as well as a strong aptitude for learning new technology. Experience storyboarding for interactive online learning is highly preferred. Minimum of 10 hours a week of current availability required, but can offer as many as 30 hours a week, based on writer’s schedule and success with the project. Project is expected to run through early fall 2023.
