We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team in our St.
Louis, Missouri office. In this role, you will lead our Caregiver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and caregiver retention for two of our satellite offices.
You will work closely with our People & Culture Managers and leadership team to develop strategy and lead the execution of recruiting and retaining top-tier Caregiver talent to serve our growing client base of older adults in the community.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have an HR or recruitment background with experience screening and evaluating candidates.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about labor laws and hiring requirements. The ideal candidates is a personable, organized self-starter who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
Responsibilities : Own and execute the Caregiver hiring strategy, ensuring adherence to established processes to attract and retain the industry’s best Caregivers Support other growth initiatives and day-to-day operational needs of the company, including periodically being an escalations lead for our nights / weekends on-call scheduling coordinators Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.
g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc. using our Applicant Tracking System) Implement new candidate sourcing methods Recommend ways to improve our employer brand Coordinate with other departments to forecast and meet future hiring needs Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and ensure compliance with all regulations Participate in job fairs and career events Build the company’s professional network through relationships with colleges, universities, and other partners.
