Primary Roles:

• Make each customer feel important and respected
• Work toward the goal of resolving the matter with the customer in each and every interaction, trying to eliminate “multiple-touches”
• Ability to understand and see the “big picture” and thus craft tailored solutions to improve customer satisfaction and appreciation
• Greet customer with a smile and work toward developing a caring and positive customer experience
• When imposing penalties or taking adverse actions, do so in a resolute, yet respectful manner

Other Requirements:

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Very good ability in using WORD and EXCEL
• Must have own vehicle and willing to make numerous trips each day (drive estimated 30 miles per day)
