Prison Advice and Care Trust Hiring for HR Advisor (Change Management & TUPE lead) at Birmingham Full Time

As HR Advisor you will play a role in the management of our TUPE and Change processes. You will manage processes effectively and efficiently, ensuring all stakeholders are appropriately informed at all stages and, organisational duties are met. You will support in the development of guidance, procedures and toolkits for managers ensuring they are equipped for all organisational change management processes. You will also provide guidance and coaching to line managers in relation to all aspects of employment, HR policies and procedures and employment legislation.

About You:

• You will have experience of :
• Managing employee relations cases,
• TUPE processes and change management cases.
• You will have the ability to manage a diverse and demanding caseload.
• You will have a ‘can do’ approach to casework, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
• You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and managers.
• You will hold a CIPD level 5 or above qualification ( or equivalent) .
• You will have an affinity with our mission and values, and will bring empathy and understanding when working alongside colleagues and volunteers working in challenging prison environments.

This is a busy role where you will be required to hit the ground running so previous experience is essential.
