As HR Administrator you will be the first point of contact for Pact staff, responding to day to day personnel-related enquiries. You will work flexibly within the HR department to ensure effective administrative support is provided across the functions including contributing to our on boarding and off boarding processes, assisting with preparing our monthly payroll reports, preparing paper work and organising meetings for our Employee Relations Related case work. You will also assist with taking minutes of HR related meetings and ensure our HR data sources are up to date, confidential and accurate.
Please note that this is a volunteer post and travel/lunch expenses will be provided.
About the team:
A friendly fast paced environment with a team of 9 HR practitioners(including 2 volunteers) whose practices are embedded in the heart of the charities ethos.
About you:
You will have some previous administration experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and you must be proficient in the use of MS Office.
