Position Summary:
The Client Operations Associate is crucial to the success of the company as they learn two different areas in Prism?s Operation: Intake and Order Processing. Here at Prism, we believe that each employee should be given the opportunity to grow and advance in their career. The COA has the opportunity to advance within their first 90 days by starting with the Intake team and participating in frontline work by entering patient files. After a period of time, the COA advances to our Order Processing Team via in-class or one-on-one training to learn how to process patient orders and interact with clients via phone.
