Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing plan and business goals. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or communications and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing plan and business goals.
• Create and curate engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future strategies.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that leverage social media.
• Stay up to date with new social media platforms, trends, and best practices and recommend new tools and strategies as needed.
• Manage the company’s social media budget and coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
• Attend events, take photos, and create social media posts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Provide customer service support through social media as needed.
• Finding, qualifying, and managing social media influencers.

Social media influencers are individuals who have a large following on social media and can help increase brand visibility and reach. To find and qualify potential influencers, you can search for relevant hashtags and keywords, use influencer marketing tools, such as AspireIQ and Upfluence, and evaluate their audience demographics, engagement rate, and content quality. When working with influencers, it’s important to be transparent about your brand goals and expectations and provide clear guidelines for the content they create. You should also track the results of your influencer campaigns and use data to inform future influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media metrics to inform strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
